Egard is not responsible for return shipping fees of items being returned. Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to our facility. We offer a return policy free of restocking fees. Egard is not able to place exchange orders for orders that were placed with tender type Paypal. Web Returns · Enclose the Return Details along with the merchandise in a well-sealed box. We recommend that you return the item through a traceable shipper.** When processing your return, we will refund the same credit card and/or Certificate used to place the original order. Web Exchanges When processing your exchange, we will first refund the same credit used to place the original order, then charge you for the merchandise you are wanting in the exchange.
